It is with great pride that I and Noria Corporation unveil the expanded look and content of Machinery Lubrication magazine.

Our publication has been a staple of the lubrication community since its debut in 2001.

We are known throughout the world for articles and insights that improve our readers’ lubrication practices and give them the tactical and strategic information necessary to keep critical plant equipment running at peak performance.

We are also known for high quality. Machinery Lubrication received awards for editorial excellence in 2008 from the American Society for Business Publication Editors and the Writing That Works “Awards for Publication Excellence” competition.

We at Noria Corporation will continue to provide this highly relevant, award-winning content to you. And now, we are also adding to this product the award-winning content of Practicing Oil Analysis. The new Practicing Oil Analysis coverage adds an important corollary component to our existing editorial mix and advances our quest to provide you with a true road map to achieve lubrication excellence.

Since 1998, the mission of Practicing Oil Analysis has been to provide a mini-workshop – through print and Web content – on the important aspects of oil analysis, reliability and lubricant management.

I and Noria Corporation hope you enjoy this first issue of the expanded Machinery Lubrication magazine. Explore its contents and read the myriad of articles. Afterward, let us know what you think (use the e-mail addresses for our publishers and editors found in the staff box on Page 5). Let us know your thoughts on the past, present and future of this publication, and how we can continue to make it most relevant and useful to you.

Thank you.
