STLE Member Novak Sought to Improve Safety Standards

Charles "Chuck" Novak, who played an international role in improving safety standards within the nuclear and petroleum fields, died on December 15 in Illinois. He was 80. Novak was a member of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers.
