Schroeder Industries recently introduced a new state-of-the-art Asset Management Filtration Station (AMFS) to provide efficient, cost-effective filtration with complete fluid-quality monitoring, tracking and reporting capability via the company’s enhanced software program.

The AMFS is equipped with an on-board PC and controller that logs all of the data while flushing, filtering and monitoring to ISO cleanliness codes at the same time. The data is summarized into a simple report tracked by the equipment identification number for easy import into most maintenance programs.

The filtration station is completely automatic and can be programmed to run until the desired cleanliness codes are achieved. The touch-screen display provides real-time graphics for easy monitoring of the filtering progress.
