Noria news wires

Royal Mfg. Co. recently announced the passing of its international sales manager, Tom Twining. Twining was involved in a fatal car accident outside Beijing, China, during a recent trip to visit customers and friends.

Prior to joining Royal, Twining worked for Chemtool for several years as well as Castrol. In addition to a degree in chemistry, he had more than 30 years of experience in the lube and grease industry as a sales engineer.

In the lubrication field, Twining was hands-on and recognized for his knowledge of lubricating off-highway and industrial equipment, including mining, steel and heavy equipment.

Twining always looked forward to his trips to Asia and nearby countries because he had developed both business and personal relationships wherever he traveled.

He will be missed by his fellow employees, customers, friends and many acquaintances in the lubricant industry throughout the world.

Twining is survived by his wife, Tess, children Chad, Steve, Kelly, Christina and Jennifer, and other family members and friends.
