Lubricant manufacturer Interflon recently announced plans to expand in the United States as part of an overall strategy to achieve nationwide coverage.

Based in the Netherlands, Interflon is actively searching for new distributors to represent the company in the United States, particularly in the Northeast and Southeast regions.

"More and more companies in these challenging economic times are searching for cost savings in their maintenance and production area, and Interflon has proven in the last 33 years to be able to offer that with a wide range of products based on our unique MicPol lubrication technology," said Humberto Girones, business development director at Interflon.

The company currently employs 275 technical advisors who work directly with maintenance people on the shop floor to address issues on a daily basis and keep productivity as high as possible.

"A lot of issues can be solved by choosing the right lubricant, but this is not as easy as it sounds," Girones added. "The combination of high-performance lubricants, the availability of more than 2,000 case studies with proven solutions and the on-going personal attention of our technical advisors to our clients is unique and very much appreciated in the United States based on our customers' feedback."

Founded in 1980, Interflon has more than 130,000 clients in 43 countries worldwide. For more information, visit www.interflon.com.
