SKF recently introduced a new battery-driven grease gun that is suitable for a variety of manual lubrication tasks. Developed to maximize efficiency, the TLGB 20 includes an integrated grease meter to help prevent overlubrication and underlubrication.

The grease gun is optimized for use in lubricating bearings and machines in industrial and manufacturing environments, as well as agricultural and construction vehicles.

The TLGB 20 features a durable ergonomic design with a three-point stand for operator comfort and convenience as well as a 20-volt, lithium-ion battery for longer service life. The display indicates the battery charge level, the amount of grease dispensed, the pump/motor speed and any blocked lubrication points.

The grease gun can dispense up to 15 grease cartridges per battery charge and provides two flow rates, enabling application-specific adjustments. In addition, it can deliver pressures up to 10,000 pounds per square inch (700 bar) and incorporates a built-in light to illuminate work areas.

The tool comes in a sturdy carrying case with a 36-inch (900-mm) high-pressure hose, rechargeable 20-volt battery and 90-minute charger.

A global supplier of bearings, seals, mechatronics, lubrication systems and services, SKF is represented in more than 130 countries and has nearly 15,000 distributor locations worldwide. For more information, visit www.skf.com.
