Mansfield Acquires Hi-Grade Lubricant Business

Mansfield Energy Corp. recently announced the acquisition of Ohio-based Hi-Grade Inc.'s oil and lubricant business assets. In addition to residential and commercial fuel and lubricants, Mansfield also acquired Hi-Grade's Pac Pride card lock facility.

Founded in 1924 and headquartered in Sidney, Ohio, Hi-Grade is a provider of commercial fuels, oils, lubricants and services. Its oil and lubricant offerings include Valvoline, Pennzoil, ConocoPhillips, 76 Lubricants, Shell, Kendall Motor Oil and Quaker State. The business will continue to operate from its location in Sidney, Ohio, and work through Mansfield's regional office in Troy, Ohio.
