RelaDyne Acquires Conservancy Oil

RelaDyne recently announced it has acquired Conservancy Oil Group, a distributor of lubricants, diesel exhaust fluid and related products based in New Mexico. The acquisition extends RelaDyne's geographical footprint into the Southwest region of the United States.

Founded in 1936, Conservancy Oil serves the automotive, commercial and industrial markets with four locations spanning New Mexico and Colorado.
