RelaDyne recently announced the acquisition of Jasper Oil, a regional lubricant and fuel distributor based in Jasper, Alabama. Previously a wholly owned subsidiary of Drummond Co., Jasper Oil offers a full line of petroleum-based products, ranging from lubricants and oils to hydraulics and fuels, as well as products needed for mining operations. The company’s primary product lines include Citgo, Pure Guard and Mystik Lubricants.

Jasper Oil becomes RelaDyne’s fifth acquisition of 2019, as the company continues to create a national distribution platform. This latest acquisition is expected to build upon RelaDyne’s geographic presence in Alabama and further solidify the company’s existing service capabilities in the mining industry.
As part of RelaDyne, Jasper Oil will enhance RelaDyne’s distribution capabilities and provide increased operating efficiency for RelaDyne’s existing Southeast regional operations. Jasper Oil will also strengthen RelaDyne’s existing relationship with its branded lubricant partners and provide a strategic evolution to future organic growth.
