RelaDyne recently announced that it has acquired Dutch Lubricants, a commercial and industrial lubricant distributor with locations in Mississippi and Alabama.

Established in 1972, Dutch Lubricants is headquartered in Columbus, Mississippi, with distribution centers in Jackson, Tupelo and Columbus, Mississippi, as well as Birmingham, Alabama. The company specializes in providing industrial and commercial lubricants, serving customers across Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas and Louisiana.

“We are thrilled to have our Dutch Lubricant employees join the RelaDyne team,” said Rex Gillis, president of Dutch Group Management. “RelaDyne was the perfect fit for us as we looked to divest our lubricants business and focus on our other core businesses. I look forward to the opportunities that RelaDyne brings to our great employees and loyal customers.”

This latest acquisition is expected to extend RelaDyne’s geographical footprint and strengthen its existing reach in the Gulf Coast region.

“We are excited to bring the entire RelaDyne portfolio of products, tools and reliability services to the Dutch customers,” stated Larry Stoddard, RelaDyne president and CEO. “With RelaDyne’s size and scope of offerings, our new Dutch associates can experience a great deal of new opportunities in their career paths, something RelaDyne strives to provide for our new associates.”
