Lube Champs | Anna Noe, Knauf Insulation

This month, we're proud to feature Anna Noe, a lubrication technician at Knauf Insulation, as our Lube Champ.  

 

Starting at Knauf Insulation in 2018, Noe spent one year as an operator before moving into a lubrication technician role, where she soon realized the need for training. 

 

Noe attended Noria's Machinery Lubrication I course held in conjunction with the 2022 Reliable Plant Conference & Exhibition. The course, taught by Noria's Jeremie Edwards, was an eye-opening experience for her. 

 

"I'm having so many 'ah-ha' moments," she said during the training. "It has a lot of validating qualities for me as I'm studying so much more. This is amazing because I knew I was on the right path."

 

Last month, Noe received her Machinery Lubricant Analyst I certification from the International Council for Machinery Lubrication. 

 

In a LinkedIn post announcing her achievement, she wrote, "A huge shout out to the Noria team for their support, classes, books, etc., but most importantly, for believing in me."

 

With next steps in mind, Noe is looking to further her Noria training to continue to make proactive, sustainable improvements in her facility.
