Pilot Logistics, Thomas Petroleum Announce Merger

Pilot Logistics Services and Thomas Petroleum recently announced the completion of the companies' merger. The combined organization, which will operate as Pilot Thomas Logistics and be headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, will provide fuel, lubricants and chemical solutions to the North American energy, mining and marine industries.
