Rustlick Introduces Compact Tramp Oil Separator

Noria news wires, Noria Corporation

Rustlick introduced the Mini SC Coolant Rejuvenator, a compact, efficient and affordable tramp oil separator. Developed for CNC and small-run machines, the Mini SC features specially engineered packing media, pneumatic diaphragm pump and a compact 13-gallon tank that is ideal for tucking next to a sump.

The economical Mini SC removes tramp oil from water-miscible cutting fluids and quickly generates a positive return on investment by increasing coolant and tool life, as well as minimizing maintenance and machine downtime. The Pre-filter maximizes the packing media’s effectiveness and the machine runs on compressed air so there are no electric cables or cords. Unlike traditional wheel skimmers the Mini SC works while the machine is operating, overnight, or over the weekend with no supervision required.

The Rustlick Mini SC is designed to run at a flow rate of two to five gallons per minute with a 10-gallon total tank capacity and a height of 27 inches (69 centimeters). The unit comes standard with a float assembly and a replacement filter cartridge.

ITW ROCOL North America designs and manufactures a full line of coolants and lubricants for the metalworking industry including the Rustlick product line of metalworking fluids, dielectric oils, corrosion-control products and sump maintenance systems.
