Dustin Moore is a Condition Monitoring Engineering Manager with more than 26 years of experience in industrial maintenance, machinery reliability, and predictive technologies. An ISO Category III Certified Vibration Analyst and Category I Machinery Lubrication Analyst, Dustin has built his career on a strong technical foundation combined with practical, hands-on field experience.

He began his career in 2000 with a leading electric motor repair organization, where he advanced from entry-level technician to Lead Field Service Technician. During this time, he developed deep expertise in electric motors, electrical diagnostics, precision alignment, and vibration analysis—establishing the technical framework that continues to shape his leadership approach today.

He later joined a major U.S. energy producer, where he led a site-wide reliability program as the sole vibration analyst and co-managed an electric motor repair facility. In this role, he played a key part in transforming maintenance practices from reactive approaches to predictive and proactive reliability strategies, driving measurable improvements in equipment performance and operational stability.

In 2023, Dustin joined AssetWatch as a Condition Monitoring Engineer and was subsequently promoted to Condition Monitoring Engineering Manager. He now leads and mentors a team of analysts, focusing on technical excellence, consistency in diagnostic standards, and delivering actionable insights that help industrial clients reduce downtime and improve asset performance.
