Graco Introduces New Automatic Lubrication System

Noria news wires

Graco recently introduced a new automatic lubrication system designed specifically for heavy-duty earthmoving machines in extreme work environments.

The Compact Dyna-Star (CDS) system is intended to offer the power and performance needed for the toughest users and markets. It is easy to fill with grease and features a pump that shuts off when full. The system also boasts a higher volume output per minute and comes with a smaller pump footprint to enhance safety.

When paired with the company’s Bluetooth-enabled GLC X controller and Auto Lube app, the CDS allows maintenance crews to monitor system performance, receive alerts and adjust configurations from a smartphone or tablet.

“The Compact Dyna-Star system is the latest offering in our comprehensive portfolio of automatic lubrication systems,” said Dan Jensen, Graco’s global product marketing manager for its lubrication equipment division. “Built tough like our Electric Dyna-Star pump, the CDS fits into tighter spots and meets tighter budgets. Finally, there’s a rugged ‘right-sized’ automatic lubrication system.”

A manufacturer of fluid-handling equipment, Graco designs, manufactures and markets systems and equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray fluid and powder materials.
