The new perma STAR VARIO LONG RANGE, part of the perma STAR VARIO product family, is designed to optimize lubrication management and monitoring over large and hard-to-reach areas. Featuring LoRa Wireless Technology, it allows for the management of up to 2,000 lubrication systems per Gateway over distances up to 1.2 miles. The perma CONNECT App further enhances remote monitoring and management capabilities, revolutionizing maintenance processes in challenging work areas.
Unmatched Connectivity and Control
perma STAR VARIO LONG RANGE is used for single-point lubrication of roller and sliding bearings, sliding guides, open gears, gear racks, spindles, shaft seals and chains. Thanks to precise lubricant metering, perma STAR VARIO LONG RANGE is ideal for lubrication of electric motors as well as other industrial equipment requiring specified lubricant quantities. It is equipped with integrated LoRa® WAN communication technology, allowing for unprecedented remote control capabilities. With the LONG RANGE Gateway, up to 2000 lubrication systems can be centrally managed at a single site, providing seamless remote monitoring and control over distances up to 1.2 miles (2 km). This robust wireless connection ensures reliable and secure communication, redefining industry standards.

The system continuously transmits updates to the perma CONNECT app, delivering crucial information such as operational status, timestamps, ambient temperature, and fill levels of the STAR VARIO LCs.
