RelaDyne Acquires Circle Lubricants

Noria news wires

RelaDyne recently announced that it has acquired Circle Lubricants of Bay Shore, New York. The acquisition will expand RelaDyne’s geographic density into the Northeast, enabling the company to offer more lubricant and automotive products throughout New York, New Jersey and the surrounding areas.

“It has been our intention to further expand throughout the Northeast, and Circle Lubricants greatly increases our market penetration,” said David Schumacher, RelaDyne’s vice president of business development. “We could not be more thrilled to partner with Ronnie and Jay Birnbaum and the rest of the Circle Lubricants team as we continue to execute our organic and acquisition growth strategy.”

Founded in 1998, Circle Lubricants is one of the Northeast region’s larger providers of lubricants, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) and automotive products, with a sizable team and service capability enabling distribution throughout the New York metropolitan tri-state area.

“We have come a long way since our start in 1998 and are excited to further diversify and improve our offerings to our loyal customers as a part of RelaDyne,” said Ronnie and Jay Birnbaum, founders of Circle Lubricants. “We are proud to offer further growth and opportunities to our Circle Lubricants team and look forward to integration with RelaDyne.”
